This notice explains how Atelier Projects Limited handles personal information collected through this website. It describes what actually happens on this site rather than a generic template.
What we collect
This website collects personal information only when you choose to provide it through the project enquiry form. That information is the content you enter: your name, organisation, email address, telephone number, project location, project type, stage, budget indication, services of interest and your description of the project.
We do not use analytics or advertising tracking on this site, and we do not build a profile of your visit.
How the enquiry form works
The enquiry form is not connected to a database on this website. When you submit a valid enquiry, your own email client is opened with the details you entered, addressed to us. Nothing is transmitted to us until you send that email.
Why we use it
We use the information you provide only to respond to your enquiry, to assess whether we are the right partner for the project, and to correspond with you about it. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.
Who else is involved
This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when a page loads. We do not control that request. If you prefer to avoid it, a browser extension or content blocker will prevent it, and the site will still work.
If a project requires it, we may share relevant details with consultants, suppliers or contractors we are coordinating. We will tell you when this is necessary and limit it to what the project requires.
How long we keep it
Correspondence relating to an active enquiry or project is kept for as long as the enquiry or project is live, and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. Enquiries that do not lead to a project are not retained indefinitely.
Your choices
- Ask what personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
- Ask us to delete information we no longer need.
- Ask us to stop contacting you.
Requests can be made to projects@atelierprojects.example. We will respond within a reasonable period.
