Clear roles. Named accountability.

Projects get into difficulty when responsibility is shared without being defined. These are the roles we engage, what each one owns, and what that means for you.

Who does what on your project.

  • 01

    Project Director

Overall accountability for scope, programme, cost and quality.

What you should expect A single point of accountability, present from appointment to handover.

  • 02

    Project Manager

Day-to-day coordination of the programme, the consultants and the contractors.

What you should expect Structured reporting and a clear view of what is happening on the project.

  • 03

    Design Coordinator

Keeping architecture, structure, MEP and interiors coordinated and buildable.

What you should expect Design information issued in the right sequence and resolved before it reaches site.

  • 04

    Procurement Lead

Sourcing, evaluation and coordination of materials, equipment and specialist packages.

What you should expect Options assessed against specification, with lead times that hold the programme.

  • 05

    Site Manager

Execution of works on site, trade sequencing and daily supervision.

What you should expect Works progressing safely, in the right order, to the specified standard.

  • 06

    Quality & Compliance

Inspection, testing, documentation and sign-off against the specification.

What you should expect Evidence that what was specified is what was built, recorded as the works proceed.

  • 07

    Cost Consultant Liaison

Valuations, variations and cost reporting against the approved budget.

What you should expect No surprises — changes identified, priced and agreed before work proceeds.

How we hold the team together.

  • Senior oversight

Direction on each project is held at a senior level, with the project team reporting into it rather than operating unsupervised.

  • Continuity of team

The people appointed to a project are expected to stay with it. Changes are communicated, not discovered.

  • Clear responsibility

Every party on the project has a defined scope. Where interfaces are shared, one person owns the interface.

  • Documented decisions

Decisions, instructions and changes are recorded so that accountability does not depend on recollection.

Profiles are published as they are confirmed.

We would rather publish nothing than publish people who cannot be verified or who have not agreed to appear.

Named leadership and team profiles will appear here as they are confirmed. In the meantime, the structure above is the honest answer to how a project is organised — and any client appointing us is entitled to meet the individuals who will run their project before they commit.

That is a reasonable request. Ask us, and we will arrange it.

Next step

Want to meet the team before you appoint?

Ask for the people who would be accountable for your project, and we will make them available. That conversation is a better test than any profile page.
