Who we are
A multidisciplinary project delivery partner for consultancy, project management, general contracting and procurement.

Project team structure
- Project Director — Overall accountability for scope, programme, cost and quality.
- Project Manager — Day-to-day coordination of the programme, the consultants and the contractors.
- Design Coordinator — Keeping architecture, structure, MEP and interiors coordinated and buildable.
- Procurement Lead — Sourcing, evaluation and coordination of materials, equipment and specialist packages.
- Site Manager — Execution of works on site, trade sequencing and daily supervision.
- Quality & Compliance — Inspection, testing, documentation and sign-off against the specification.
- Cost Consultant Liaison — Valuations, variations and cost reporting against the approved budget.
How we operate
We are a project delivery and coordination company. Depending on the engagement we may directly undertake contracted work, appoint qualified specialist contractors, coordinate independent consultants, facilitate supplier and manufacturer relationships, provide project management and oversight, or manage procurement on a client's behalf. The arrangement applying to a project is defined in writing before work begins.
