The work is judged on tolerances, finishes and whether the reporting was accurate. That requires people who notice things.

We would rather tell a client something is behind or over budget early than present it as fine. We expect the same internally.

Projects are long. Handover and the last five per cent are where reputations are made or lost.

Our model depends on coordination. You will spend as much time with other disciplines as within your own.

That said, we are always interested in hearing from experienced engineers, project managers, coordinators and procurement specialists — particularly those who have worked on complex projects and can explain what went wrong as readily as what went right.
